General Changes

Optimized and fixed the ability panels displayed above heroes.
Added a setting that allows ability overlays shown while holding Alt to be completely disabled.
Added a setting that allows ability overlays to be hidden automatically after 15 minutes.
Added ability layout controls, allowing abilities to be dragged between slots with default hotkeys during the match.

Fixes

Removed an obsolete test item that was causing errors.
Updated the pre-match setup screen.
