1. Access to the service

1.1. WTF Legends is an independent online game service. Some features require Steam authentication.

1.2. Users are responsible for account security and must not share access with third parties.

1.3. WTF Legends is not an official service of any external platform owner and does not act on their behalf. Referenced names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. Acceptable use

2.1. Hacking, restriction bypass, fraud, abusive automation, and interference with the service are prohibited.

3. Shards and digital content

3.1. Shards are non-transferable consumable gameplay units. They can only be used inside WTF Legends for gameplay actions, including hero and item rerolls.

3.2. Shards have no monetary value, are not a payment instrument, cannot be sold, transferred to another user, withdrawn, or exchanged for money, and are not used for betting or gambling.

3.3. Ways to earn and spend Shards may change with game balance. A paid and properly delivered quantity will not be reduced arbitrarily.

4. Moderation

4.1. If these terms are breached, the service may restrict account features or suspend access as necessary to protect users and the service.

5.1. Purchase and subscription terms are described in the Public Offer.

5.2. Refund terms are included in the Public Offer.

5.3. Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
