1.3. By placing an order, the customer accepts the terms applicable to the selected payment method and shown before payment is confirmed.
2. Digital products
2.1. Plus is a subscription providing additional WTF Legends features for the selected billing period.
2.2. Shards are non-transferable consumable gameplay units for actions inside WTF Legends. They have no monetary value, cannot be sold, transferred, withdrawn, or exchanged for money, and are not used for betting or gambling.
3. Price and payment
3.1. The final price, currency, taxes, and subscription period are shown in checkout before payment. Those checkout details control the specific order.
3.2. For purchases through Paddle, Paddle acts as merchant of record and handles payment, taxes, and customer documentation under its applicable terms. For purchases through Robokassa, payment details and the transaction are processed by Robokassa.
3.3. WTF Legends does not receive or store full bank card details.
4. Digital product provision
4.1. After payment confirmation, the digital product is automatically credited to the user account used for the purchase.
4.2. If the product does not appear after payment confirmation, the customer should contact support with the transaction ID and account identifier.
5. Subscription and renewal
5.1. Where checkout states that a subscription renews automatically, it renews at the selected interval until canceled. The amount and next billing date are shown before purchase and in subscription management.
5.2. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not itself reverse a completed payment. Access remains until the end of the paid period unless applicable law requires otherwise.
6. Refunds
6.1. To request a refund, email support@wtflegends.com with the purchase email, transaction ID, account, and reason. Requests are assessed under applicable law and based on product provision and usage.
6.2. Canceling a subscription stops future charges but does not automatically refund a paid period. A refund may be available where required by law, for an erroneous or duplicate charge, or where paid access was not provided.
6.3. An unused and undelivered digital product may be considered for a refund. Properly delivered and consumed gameplay units are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where a technical defect is verified.
6.4. Where Paddle acts as merchant of record, Paddle may decide and process the refund under its buyer terms and mandatory applicable law. Our support team can help identify the order.
7. Liability and governing law
7.1. The service is subject to technical interruptions and dependencies on external platforms, payment providers, and infrastructure providers. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
7.2. Orders placed through Robokassa are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Orders placed through Paddle are subject to Paddle's terms as merchant of record and mandatory applicable law. In both cases, mandatory consumer protection provided by the law of the customer's country of residence remains unaffected.
